Guns of the class Standard 0 are made for players looking for good fun at a cheaper price.
Carabiners in Standard 0 use the classic mechanical system of a contact cube closing the electronic system and fire breaker. The mechanism is powered by a standard engine and a LiPo battery with the voltage of 7,4V.
Our adventure with paintball ASG started with these exact guns. Up until now, all of our guns have worked based on this technology and for the inexperienced player it’s a solution that’s enough for some fun. It’s a technology that’s slowly getting pushed out due to it being incomplete and us having cheaper more modern alternatives.
The mechanisms within Standard 0 guns are upkept in good condition. Everything is routinely serviced and its parameters regularly checked.
On the outside, you can see clear marks of usage.
The accuracy of the gun, based on distances and taking into consideration that we are shooting at human silhouettes is very good.
Carabiners ASG in Standard 0 meet a number of requirements necessary for a fulfilling game.
ASG replicas on our arena are checked under these requirements:
- the trajectory of the bullet – it has to be proper at a range of 35-40 meters
- the trigger reaction must be swift
- the speed of the bullet with regular power at 290-340 [fps] or reduced power 190-240 [fps] on bullets 0,2 [g]
- the fourth parameter is checked based on the previous three, confirming our requirements met
Standard 0 is also some restrictions that we have to account for:
- the replicas will work slower
- the connect cubes during rapid shooting can get stuck
- the experience of the game using older gear might not be as great as with the modern
